On June 1, 2021, Mr. Takakuni Ujike gave a lecture as a guest speaker in the “Interactive Seminar on the Negotiation, Drafting and Enforcement of International Commercial Contracts” at the University of Potsdam, Faculty of Law (Potsdam, Germany). His lecture focused on “Commercial Contract Negotiation in Japan” and was given in English.
