Kenji Kawahigashi, Shusuke Kawamoto and Taishi Seki have co-written another article for “Bijinesu-Houmu (July 2018 issue)” (a monthly law journal published by Chuokeizai-sha, INC, 21 May 2018). The article (in Japanese only) discusses about the amendment of the Japanese Civil Code, in particular, how financial institutions should prepare for the Japanese Civil Code amendment.
※Taishi Seki returned to the Tokyo District Court on April 1, 2018 after finishing his term at our firm under the Court’s attorney experience program for assistant judges.
