As part of Keiwa Sogo’s project concerning the Civil Code Amendment, we have started contribution of a series of articles for “Bijinesu-Houmu” (a monthly law journal published by Chuokeizai-sha, INC)(starting its May issue through October issue, 2018; six issues in total). The articles (in Japanese only) discuss about the amendment of the Japanese Civil Code, in particular, how the amendment will change businesses of securities firms and asset managers.
