Keiwa Sogo has started a new practice team specialized to advise/assist on human resources, employment and labor issues.

We have been providing legal services in the areas of human resources and labor issues in corporate side, including dismissal, disciplinary actions, working hours, protection of trade secrets, labor tribunals and lawsuits, in English as well as Japanese.

In recent years, there has been an increasing need for highly specialized and practical legal advice, taking ESG into consideration, in the areas of human resources and labor issues, especially within an area of investigating and responding to the frequent incidents of harassment cases and developing internal systems to prevent harassment troubles.

To address the trend, we have established a human resources and labor/employment practice team to provide our clients with prompt and professional advice.
